Pre-Ride check

Chain - Adjustment/lubrication

Keeping your bike clean helps detect potential problems before they become a big problem!
Helmet - Look after it if you want it to protect your head!
Keep your visor clean and scratch-free by cleaning it regularly. Try using 'Pledge' and a soft cloth - Never use harsh cleaning products or solvents to clean your helmet!
Place your helmet on the ground (Upright) when not wearing or holding it - it can't fall far when it's on the ground..
Replace your helmet immediately if it gets damaged.
Riding position - Is important for good balance and control of the bike
